Sinclair's East

Sinclair is usually our backup plan when we try something new in Montgomery and it doesn't pan out. This time though, the food was more miss than hit, although we enjoyed the blackened wings. The garlic bread was not fresh and they seem to be going with a more shredded lettuce scraps than actual salad greens for their salads now. You can barely get it to stay on your fork! My guests had the meatloaf special and the ketchup seemed to be added on at the end and not baked with the meat. The mac n cheese and green beans were good as was the blackened fish on my salad. Prices are up and quality is going down. Seems to be the norm these days. I had hoped Sinclairs would maintain their quality meals... The best part about our dining experience is that we stayed so long during the transition from lunch to dinner, that we were there when Dirk came in! My husband and I have been seeing him there for years. His hospitality is better than the dessert menu.

Food was great, burgers were a little under cooked for our preference but we ate them anyway because the flavors were great. First time ordering burgers and not asked how we wanted them cooked, would have preferred more of a medium well, will know for next time. Fries were really good, onion rings were also delish, everything was hot and seasoned well. Portions were a little small compared to some places. Our waitress was very sweet and checked on us often. The restaurant is pretty crowded and tables are super close together, can’t imagine enjoying a meal if they were super busy. Weird smell at the front door while waiting for a table, if we hadn’t been sat so quickly we may have left. But after the food we were glad we stayed. They have a big menu so we will be back to try more options.

Food was fresh and delicious! Service was attentive and welcoming. I ate at Sinclair's East two consecutive days. First day Shrimp and Avocado salad with a cup of She Crab soup. Second day Grilled fish (blackened) salad w/o bacon. Absolutely would order again.

Busy, but expected. There were several large groups, ours was one of them. The staff was helpful and pleasant despite of the demand on their service. The food? Let's just say, I'll definitely be making a return appearance...soon!

Always a great vibe and experience. The service and food is also very good. A must visit for a great night out.

One of my favorite locally owned restaurants in Montgomery. Everytime I come home for a visit I try to go. Love this place for a drink and socializing with friends. They have been in business in Montgomery for year's . Great place for lunch or dinner in the bar area or private dining room. They also have live music here in the bar area. M I have had so many dishes and appetizers here. They all have been delicious. I always look forward to the ahi tuna and sautéed crab Claws appetizers . The steaks here are cooked to perfection. Beautifully decorated and the service is excellent. Located less than 10 minutes from Eastchase and I85. Definitely recommend to stop and enjoy as much as I have over the year's.

This was my first time visiting Sinclairs since it moved to the new location. The ambiance is different, but the service remains superb. We ordered the Sunday lunch special which is a fried chicken breast and a huge soul food plate that is not on the menu. Everything was tasty.
